Think about the last time you made a decision after long hesitation.
What happened in your body the moment you committed?
The body of commitment:
When you finally choose—even if imperfectly—your body often feels:
- **Relief** (the tension of indecision releases)
- **Energy** (paralysis was draining; action is energizing)
- **Lightness** (the weight of "what ifs" lifts)
- **Forward motion** (you can finally move)
This physical response tells you something: your body doesn't care about "right" or "wrong." It cares about movement versus stagnation.
Compare to the body of paralysis:
When you stay stuck:
- **Heaviness** (carrying all the options at once)
- **Tension** (muscles bracing for any possibility)
- **Fatigue** (mental spinning drains physical energy)
- **Contracted** (curling inward, frozen)
Your body doesn't want the "right" choice. It wants a choice. ANY choice.
Try this exercise:
Facing a decision? Imagine fully committing to Option A. Notice your body. Then Option B. Which commitment creates more ease, openness, relief?
That's information.
