  • Demonstrate your worth
  • Justify your existence
  • Work harder to compensate
  • Perform competence

Today, you are enough exactly as you are, doing nothing.


A worthiness meditation:

Find a comfortable position. Close your eyes.

Repeat silently:
"I am enough."

Not "I will be enough when..." Not "I was enough before..."

Just: "I am enough. Right now. In this moment. With all my flaws and doubts and fears."

Breathe it in. Let it settle.


The truth about rest:

You don't have to earn rest by being productive. Rest is a right, not a reward.

Today, rest without having proved anything. Rest as you are. Worthy. Belonging. Enough.
