Understanding: Mid-Year Reset
The year is half over. Whether that feels fast or slow, here we are.
Before the second half begins, let's pause for review—gently.
The gentle mid-year review:
Most reviews are harsh. What didn't you accomplish? Where did you fail? How behind are you?
We're doing something different. A gentle review asks:
What worked? Where did you thrive, succeed, or surprise yourself?
What challenged you? Not as failure—as information. What was hard?
What do you want more of? In the second half, what should increase?
What do you want less of? What should you release, reduce, or stop?
What do you need? Right now, what does your soul require?
Important:
This review is not about judgment. You don't need to grade yourself or compare to others.
It's simply: Where have you been? Where are you? Where do you want to go?
Awareness without self-attack.
