- Digested roughly 500+ meals
- Regenerated skin, hair, nails continuously
- Fought off infections you never even noticed
- Healed cuts, bruises, and strains
- Carried you through every hard day
- Kept going even when you didn't care for it well
Your body didn't ask for thanks. It just worked.
A body gratitude practice:
Stand or sit comfortably. Close your eyes.
Thank each part:
- "Thank you, feet, for carrying me."
- "Thank you, legs, for movement."
- "Thank you, organs, for working silently."
- "Thank you, heart, for never stopping."
- "Thank you, lungs, for every breath."
- "Thank you, brain, for thinking and feeling."
- "Thank you, body, for being my home."
