  • Digested roughly 500+ meals
  • Regenerated skin, hair, nails continuously
  • Fought off infections you never even noticed
  • Healed cuts, bruises, and strains
  • Carried you through every hard day
  • Kept going even when you didn't care for it well

Your body didn't ask for thanks. It just worked.


A body gratitude practice:

Stand or sit comfortably. Close your eyes.

Thank each part:

  • "Thank you, feet, for carrying me."
  • "Thank you, legs, for movement."
  • "Thank you, organs, for working silently."
  • "Thank you, heart, for never stopping."
  • "Thank you, lungs, for every breath."
  • "Thank you, brain, for thinking and feeling."
  • "Thank you, body, for being my home."
