Rest Day: The Art of Doing Nothing

All week, we talked about doing nothing.

Today, just do it.

The purest rest day:

No assignments. No practices. No insights to absorb.

Just... nothing.

Put down the phone after reading this. Walk away. Find a spot. Sit. Exist.

For as long as you can.

If nothing feels impossible:

Start with 5 minutes. Then maybe another 5. Build slowly.

The discomfort you feel IS the practice. You're retraining a nervous system that forgot how to be still.

Stay with the discomfort. It passes. What remains is peace.

Permission:

You have permission to achieve nothing today. Complete nothing. Progress nothing.

Just be.

That's enough. You're enough. This is enough.

Nothing more to say.

Nothing more to do.

Just... nothing.

When nothing feels like too much, Stillness Cards gently guide you in.
