New Beginning: Spring Awakening

Week 14: Fresh Start, Gentle Pace

New BeginningSpring Awakening

April first. A new quarter. A new season.

Spring is here—or coming, depending on where you are. And with it, the invitation to begin again.

What spring teaches:

Nature doesn't rush its renewal. Seeds don't force themselves to bloom. Trees don't shame themselves for being bare.

Spring comes in its own time. Growth happens in its own rhythm. And you are part of nature too.

Whatever happened in Q1—the wins, the struggles, the things left undone—spring doesn't care. It just invites you forward.

Not to forget. But to continue.

Not to be perfect. But to grow.

Not to rush. But to trust the timing.

Your spring intention:

Instead of goals or resolutions, set an intention for this new quarter:

"This season, I am [verb-ing] _______________."

Examples:

  • This season, I am prioritizing rest.
  • This season, I am trusting my instincts.
  • This season, I am allowing joy.

Let it be simple. Let it guide you gently.

Welcome to Q2. Welcome to spring. Welcome to new beginnings.

When new beginnings feel overwhelming, Inner Spark Recovery helps you start gently.

🌸 Q1 COMPLETE. WELCOME TO Q2!
