Today, we stop talking. We just rest.

  • Analyzing
  • Planning
  • Doing
  • Even reading more than this

Just stopping.


Your only assignment:

Choose the most restful activity you can imagine and do it for as long as possible today.

For some, this is:

  • Sleeping
  • Lying in a dark room
  • Sitting in a garden
  • Taking a bath
  • Watching clouds

For others:

  • Gentle walking
  • Knitting or simple handwork
  • Listening to ambient sounds
  • Being with a pet

There's no wrong answer. Whatever recharges YOU.


Permission granted:

You may do nothing useful today. In fact, you're encouraged to.

This is your retreat. This is your stillness. This is you, choosing yourself.
