Choose the most restful activity you can imagine and do it for as long as possible today.
For some, this is:
- Sleeping
- Lying in a dark room
- Sitting in a garden
- Taking a bath
- Watching clouds
For others:
- Gentle walking
- Knitting or simple handwork
- Listening to ambient sounds
- Being with a pet
There's no wrong answer. Whatever recharges YOU.

You may do nothing useful today. In fact, you're encouraged to.
